Why honeycomb shades make rooms feel calmer.
Cellular construction, fabric opacity, and fit — how each detail changes insulation, sound, and the way daylight sits in the room.
Studio of made-to-measure window shades
Each shade is measured, cut, and finished to your window — never trimmed to fit. Natural fibres, considered hardware, and a process designed to feel slow on purpose.
Why ShadeSpacesCO
Every order begins with an on-site visit. We measure each opening, square, level, and reveal — then cut to a tolerance of 1.5 mm.
Linen woven in Belgium, cellular fabrics engineered for insulation, and banded fabrics rated for everyday light control.
Recessed brackets, fabric-wrapped valences, and matched cordless lifts. The shade should belong to the room — not announce itself.
Consultation, fabrication, and installation under one roof in our Hudson Valley workshop. No middlemen, no franchise pricing.
The Collection
Start with a material direction — we'll guide you through fabric, light, and hardware on your in-home visit. Every category is fully customised: width, drop, lift, mount, and trim.

Most window treatment companies move at the speed of shipping. We move at the speed of craft — and we keep you in the room for every decision.
Week 01
A two-hour visit. We bring fabric swatches, hardware finishes, and the questions you didn't know to ask.
Week 02
A written proposal and full-size samples mailed to you — so you can live with the fabric in your light before committing.
Week 03
Each shade is cut, sewn, and assembled in our workshop. Quality-checked twice before it leaves the building.
Week 04
Our installers arrive in a single van, leave no dust, and walk you through care. Adjustments included for thirty days after.
Select your shade
Choose a shade type, fabric, size, and operation. Save each blind to the cart, adjust quantities, then request a final measured quote.
